How to Join the League
How to Form a New League

The League of Women Voters, a nonpartisan political organization, encourages the informed and active participation of citizens in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.

Any person of voting age may become a League member.

How to Join the League

Call, write or email Claudia at the state office. She will help you contact your local League, or sign you up as a State Member-at-Large. Credit cards may be used for State memberships, publications, and donations.
Membership dues vary from about $35 to $60. Dues for a second person at the same address are about $25. Scholarships are sometimes available.
