Washington's women gained the right to vote in 1910. That right was extended to all American women in 1920. Since 1968, LWVSC has been a voice for citizens and a force for change. Today, the League of Women Voters of Snohomish County:

are leaders in providing non-partisan, thorough information that helps people make informed choices at election-time

convene policy forums to inform and engage people in understanding the local, national, and global issues that affect their lives

strive to model an egalitarian vision of citizenship, both in our own communities and around the world.
