The 2022 Council will be an in-person event in Everett. We are exploring all options in order to make this as safe and accessible an event as possible. While we would like to be able to produce this as a hybrid event, the logistics for organizing such a large event for both physical and virtual participation have proven to be too complex for this year. We hope to be able to offer hybrid events in the future,
Registration is closed for this event.
This will be the first time we have been able to meet in person for two years, and we’re ready! We’ll have masks, vaccine cards, social distancing (six seated at tables designed for 10), and an air filtration system bringing in fresh outside air through frequently changed filters. And it will be summer! Come see what our neighbors in Snohomish/Skagit love about where they live.
The registration fee will include a Friday pizza party, Saturday lunch, dinner, and beverage breaks Saturday and Sunday. Registration covers your food, LWVWA Ed Fund is paying for the space, tech, and so on.

Display Tables
In the spirit of reconnection, we are inviting local Leagues, committees, and other groups to set up (and staff) display tables for attendees to learn more about their work. (Potential display table ideas include sharing a program that you are proud of, recruiting for a project, or selling items from your League.)
Table setup begins Friday at noon, and breakdown starts at 11a.m. on Sunday.
Use this form to submit an application for your own display table. Table space is limited, so we will do our best to distribute them equitably.
Deadline for submissions is May 15, 2022.
For questions about display tables, contact Joan Rave at fedheads@hotmail.com.

Caucus Proposal Process
Do you want to hold a caucus on a particular topic? Caucuses are informal gatherings outside of the regular business meeting times (after the evening program) and are often on topics of general interest where you would like to see a task force created, a committee convened, or a toolkit developed.
Early request will mean that your Caucus can be listed on the Council Website—otherwise, the information will be announced and posted on the Information Board at Council.
Each caucus organizer usually holds such sessions in their own guest room or in common areas of the hotel.
Deadline: May 15, 2022
If you have any questions about this process, contact Linda Benson at lbenson@lwvwa.org.
Submit Caucus ProposalDetails are still being confirmed, but right now the schedule is roughly:
