Bellingham Festival of Music (LWVWA) Celebrates Woman's Suffrage 100

The Pacific Northwest's premier orchestra festival opens its 27th season with a weekend long celebration of the ratification of the 19th Amendment. On July 3, 2020, Artistic Director Michael Palmer conducts a program devoted to works by women composers at the WWU PAC at 7:30 PM. On July 5, 2020, Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Caroline Shaw curates the program for BFM's popular Chamber Music by the Bay event at 3:00 PM in the Bellingham Cruise Terminal.

Music for small ensembles will be paired with a wine and hors d'oeuvres reception.
